Thanks,
Josh

Thanks,
Josh

My question is about organization– should I organize clients as contexts or as projects?

I keep getting an Outlook pop-up every time I select anything inside jello (any folder or action) that says, “A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?” I have to select “yes” for 1,5, or 10 minutes. No option to say “do not show me this warning again.”

I recall having this problem with a trial version of some other GTD program I was testing. They had a plug-in of some sort you had to download so you wouldn’t keep getting this message. I think they called it a “certificate”.

I manage projects for a small SEO firm. We have about 25 projects ongoing. Am I better off making contexts for each client, so that I can see what issues I need address with each client (such as when we have a pre-arranged conference call) or should I group everything into calls? If I do the latter, I have to sort through all my calls to see which client I need to address each issue with? If I do the former, am I corrupting the GTD system?
Thanks,
Josh

I’m very glad I finally made it!

@ Anjo
Your suggestion was noted. It’s good!

@ Rich
Thanks for replying to Dennis. I still have no idea of Exchange server environments :(

I think I’m connected. When I say ‘No’ to the error message and proceed into the program, I can move about.

I can click the ‘Check Messages’ buttom at the top of the Home page and bring up the e-mail screen. From there, I can read, delete and send mail.

From time to time I get a different run-time error, on line 577, I think. But that’s happening less frequently now.

If you work in offline mode or make sure you’re connected, you might have better luck.

“A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Line: 2
Error: Expected ‘)’ ”

I would like to try this program, but I don’t know how to get past this error.

Thanks in advance.
