One solution for this is to move your settings (journal entry) to a local journal folder.
One other is to define your journal folder to be used for off-line access (this is somewhere in the folder properties)

Unfortunately microsoft for no good reason does not allow homepages in every folder!

Hi Nicolas,

I use a Exchange server in my office mails and tried integrating Jello manually… But, I also got the same error message “Could not obtain offline settings for the address….”

I am using Outlook 2010 and Jello v5.25.2 beta (Astral) on Windows 7.

When I click on OK in the dialog box, as stated by the Jello Help file, it throws up the error message, but the home page would have changed to Jello, even when I cancel the dialog. So basically, I don’t know if Jello is working fine or not!!!

Any suggestions for this. And I really, don’t get why will we set a home page for the PSTs rather than on their exchange server home!

Well, that doesn’t seem to be the case because I have the pro version. As a last resort, I am willing to run it standalone, however, I was really hoping to make it work in outlook. If you have any more suggestions, they are welcome.

Click and run is the installer you get when you download the beta of Office 2010 home edition from microsoft’s site. The installer is small in size, and the packages are being downloaded when needed.
This version of Outlook has limited web access capabilities. Unfortunately I have to access to your kind of installer.

I’m not quite sure what you are referring to when you say click to run installer. I have Office Pro Plus 2010 x32. I only see one installer on Microsoft’s site and it is an exe. I have a laptop that is running win 7 x32 with the same version of Office and it has the exact same problem.

Is your Outlook 2010 in a click to run installer? This gave me problems too. It cannot practically run Jello Dashboard.

I am on Win 7 x64 using Outlook 2010 beta. I have tried the standalone app which works fine. When I use the outlook version, my tasks show up, but no emails are referenced. I have verified that the page works in Firefox(default browser) and IE. I have even switched to IE and turned off all security settings. I am on exchange, and have checked an archive that has a pst as suggested in the forum and that doesn’t work either. I am running out of ideas. Please help…

I would like to review Jello for Outlook 2010 Beta.

1) Can you publish the URL to download it.
2) Can you easily import the settings from Jello 5.06
3) What does the new version offer beyond Jello 5.06?

Look forward to giving it a whirl…..
