Jello Dashboard 2.55 update release

After some more bug reports and requests, adding some stuff too, this is the new 2.55 update release.

.Setting for auto-refreshing views after addition/change or popup assignment of item

.Setting for interface language

.new directory \langs with available language files (must be saved with utf-8 encoding)

.Setting for sidebar scrolling behaviour

.fix style of buttons and various elements

.Settings for excluding Journal and Sent Items folders for searches (excluded by default)

.Drafts and Outbox folders excluded from searches to speed up the searching proccess

.Restrict \ and / characters from context and project names

.Added Spanish language file

.separated date and time for tasks & appointments by a @ character
