Bug tracking system

After lots of requests and since I’m starting coding for the next release fixing some bugs, I’ve decided to use the google code issues page of the Jello.Dashboard project for managing bugs and enhancements.

I’ve updated the list and marked as started all of the issues I will try to fix for the next release so that you can be up to date for all open issues and possible features of the project.

Please feel free to add any issue there.

Thank you for your priceless help and patience.
